Best Start 2023
In Germany
From Paris to the Cloud
Our journey began with invitations to Google Cloud conferences and Capgemini’s consulting sessions in Paris. These early collaborations opened the door to working directly with Google Cloud’s infrastructure and enterprise tools.
Soon after, we were invited by Meta to their key events across Europe and joined the Central Europe Lead App Advisors group. This included participating in gaming summits and offering AI consultations for automation systems tailored to gaming companies.

Our deepening work with Google Workspace and Cloud earned us selection into the Google Startup 150 program. This phase focused on pushing the limits of API-driven automation and integrating scalable AI systems across use cases.

Pioneering with DeepMind
We were honored to attend Google DeepMind’s private conference, exchanging insights at the frontier of AGI and participating in cross-briefings about the OpenAI ecosystem. A defining moment for our roadmap.
AI for Pinterest Personalization
At Pinterest HQ, we consulted on AI-based automation algorithms designed to personalize boards and pins for new users — optimizing engagement based on real-time feedback and onboarding behavior.
Breakthrough at HSE University, Russia in Q2 in 2025
Most recently, we were selected from 150 startups to showcase our work at Russia’s top university — Higher School of Economics. There, we presented Northstar, our proprietary LLM built on transformer architecture with embedded MCP — a major step forward for AI in education and automation.

Wirtschaft (EWG) 2025 in Germany
We attended Essen Digitalisiert 2025, organized by Essen Wirtschaft (EWG). After the opening by Mayor Thomas Kufen, the event was full of inspiring insights.
German SMEs are tackling today’s big challenges – from cybersecurity and AI to decarbonizing machinery.
At the ifm Experience Days in Stockstadt, we spoke about Physical AI and ISO Data-Driven Agrifood Systems.
Physical AI = AI in machines that act in the real world (robots, autonomous vehicles, agri-tech).
Unlike generative AI, it must truly understand and respond to its environment.
In agriculture, this can mean something as simple (and vital) as a robot recognizing a rabbit under a sugar beet and leaving it unharmed.

myWay conference
– where the focus was on Germany’s family businesses, which make up 9 out of 10 companies. They are our backbone in turbulent times.
In Munich, we shared an update from the Google Cloud Partner Ecosystem about their ISV & Partner Community Event. AI, cloud strategy, and new marketplace capabilities were in focus – but what stood out most were the strong round-table discussions and networking with partners and leadership.

Coding is Joy
Part of our Pattern Automation team joined the Google AI Hackathon and Smart India Hackathon (SIH).
Hackathons are like “coding gyms” — you get stronger with every challenge.
The sessions and discussions showed one thing very clearly: without structured architecture, many initiatives in AI, cybersecurity, or digital ecosystems lose their impact. With the right setup, though, EAM provides clarity, transparency, and steering power.

Pattern Automation & PwC
On top of that, on EAMKON2025 we had the chance to exchange with PwC about how they are already implementing AI in enterprise architecture and governance. Their approach shows how combining structured frameworks with AI-driven solutions can speed up decision-making and strengthen resilience.
AI agents can make these challenges tangible and solvable. I’m taking many insights with me and look forward to continuing the conversation. Thanks to Robert Ermisch, ATLAS Südwestfalen, TraForce, TeamMit Transformationsnetzwerk, and StartMiUp for the opportunity.

OPS Talk by Sber Agentic automations
We were invited by Sber to share our practical approaches to process agentization. We discussed how engineering methods and mindsets evolve with hands-on experience, presented architectural solutions for integrating agents with automated systems, and showed how components interact.
Finally, we highlighted the benefits companies can gain — from reducing manual work and errors to saving resources — and the key metrics to measure these results. We show our Neuro AI as new level of Agentic Solutions.

The Cloud Summits DACH
The CloudSummitsDACH ended last week with an amazing finale in Switzerland – full of energy, diverse sessions, and inspiring conversations.

Smart Country Convention (SCCON) in Berlin
Only a few days later, SCCON in Berlin brought fresh perspectives on digitalization in public administration. Presenting PwC services around Microsoft and M365 – always with a focus on data protection – was a highlight. Another standout moment: the keynote by Federal Minister Karsten Wildberger, underlining clear priorities for digital transformation in the public sector.
These days showed once again how dynamic and promising the developments in digitalization and data protection are.

The discussions on AI in SCCON
Not only did we join the Data Protection Conference (DSK) in Düsseldorf and the Smart Country Convention (SCCON) in Berlin, but we also had the chance to exchange with PwC for the third time this month – and with EY Consulting for the very first time.

Just wrapped up an incredible benchmarking mission in Germany
Between 6–9 October, our team had the opportunity to meet with PwC Germany, 10 German Trade Associations, and a Government Agency to explore the EU trade environment and its impact on key industries.

Sber Java Meetup Attendance
We were invited to Sber's Java meetup and asked to present our framework integrated into their META system—a digital architectural repository for IT landscape elements and automated business solution design. Pattern Automation Agency shared details on our AI-driven framework, highlighting its optimization of business processes in high-load Java environments like Sber's.
