What is Neuro Agent?
Neuro Agent is Pattern Automation’s product AI agent: a layer that runs real work, not a generic chat. It can plan, use tools, follow multi-step jobs, and hand back finished outputs—built for the Neuro / Neuro OS environment where your agents, files, and apps live. How can Neuro Agent help me?
It can take repetitive, cross-tool tasks off your plate: process automation, research and drafting, data handling, content creation, and coordinating steps across services. You describe the outcome; the agent works toward it with the integrations you allow.
How is Neuro Agent different from chat-only AI tools?
Many tools stop at text replies. Neuro Agent is designed to execute—browsers, APIs, files, commands, and your stack—so work finishes in your environment instead of only explaining what you should do by hand.
Can Neuro Agent connect to my applications?
Yes. A broad set of integrations is available; you control which apps, APIs, and services the system can use in your organization.
How do I request a new feature?
Email info@patternautomation.com with a short description and why it would help. We triage product feedback in our roadmap process.
How do I report a bug?
Write to info@patternautomation.com with what happened, steps to reproduce, and any error text. Screenshots or a screen recording make triage much faster.
What if credits didn’t arrive after I paid?
Email info@patternautomation.com right away. We prioritize billing and credit issues, usually within a few business hours.

How to permanently delete your Neuro Agent account. You have two options:

Option 1: Contact support

Email info@patternautomation.com with the account email and a way to verify your identity.

Option 2: Self-serve in the app

If you are signed in, use the in-app flow below under step-by-step deletion.

In-app step-by-step deletion

  1. Click your profile avatar or photo in the top-right corner of the app.
  2. In the menu, open Settings.
  3. Scroll to the Delete account section.
  4. Click the Delete account action.
  5. Choose a deletion type:
    • 30-day grace period—the account is removed after the period ends; you can cancel before that.
    • Immediate deletion—account and data are removed right away, with no recovery.
  6. Enter delete in the confirmation field.
  7. Click the final Delete account button to confirm.

Note. Deletion permanently removes agents, conversations, credentials, subscription, and payment data. After the grace period ends or with immediate deletion, the account cannot be restored.
