Legal AI from Pattern Automation v0.4.0 makes it easier to bring knowledge into the platform, reuse proven legal processes, and review documents in a focused workspace.

The release introduces a dedicated document library, adds support for working with PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets, and continues the refinement of the review interface.

A shared document library

The new library gives teams a central place to organize documents for reuse across their work. It complements matter-specific projects by making frequently used knowledge and source material easier to find and bring into an analysis.

  • A dedicated library for reusable documents
  • Refreshed shared table patterns across document views
  • Improved review panels and liquid surfaces

PowerPoint and Excel support

Legal AI from Pattern Automation can now work with PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets alongside traditional documents. Workflow improvements extend structured legal processes across these file types, while updated interfaces make workflows easier to browse and run and refined review panels keep source material and results close together.

  • PowerPoint presentation support
  • Excel spreadsheet support
  • Expanded workflows across common office file types

The library is not PDF-only. Spreadsheets and decks sit in the same matter as the SPA — the same pattern we describe on Neuro Legal Stuff.
