Preparation

Before the week starts, we gather candidate projects and goals with input from Support and Operations.

Two fronts

• Foundation: stability, bug fixes, technical debt, and developer experience improvements.
• New Projects: feature work and growth initiatives.

Planning

Engineering planning aligns priorities, validates scope, and maps execution onto the team’s board—GitHub Projects, Linear, or a lightweight spreadsheet—whatever we run that week, kept visible to Support and Product.

Review

Before planning, we review prior-week outcomes to capture what worked and what did not.

Execution

New projects often start with RFCs; daily standups track progress and unblock delivery.
