How we think about events
We are not an events-heavy company; each outing has to earn its travel and focus. The goal is listening, relationships, and showing Neuro OS / Pattern Automation ideas in context—not pipeline theater.
Event types
Conferences and community meetups, targeted partner dinners, occasional hack hours or workshops, and online sessions when they reduce friction for the audience.
Selection criteria
- Will the right practitioners be there?
- Geography and calendar sanity
- Team energy (burnout is a real budget)
- Fit with what the ecosystem is debating right now
Philosophy
Connection before pitch. Bring people who can answer hard questions (build, design, narrative)—not a booth script.
Experience goals
Leave people with one sharp memory, one useful artifact (demo link, doc, example), and a clear next step that matches how we actually work (Contact, partner thread, GitHub).
Measurement
Qualitative follow-through beats lead-count dashboards: did the right conversations continue after the event?
