How we think about YouTube
Goals
- Education: show how Neuro OS and Pattern Automation ideas show up in real workflows—setup, pitfalls, patterns.
- Exposure: let people hear how we think about agents, governance, and craft without a sales monologue.
Anti-goals
- No chasing vanity views or arbitrary upload quotas.
- No “corporate weekly show” that burns the team for marginal learning value.
- No disguising ads as tutorials—if it is an announcement, say so.
Video types
- Topic education (agents, automation, evaluation)
- Surface education (walking the static site, Neuro OS demos, docs)
- Culture & craft (how we build, design choices)—sparingly
Cadence
We target a sustainable rhythm—often a few quality videos per month for a lean team, not an enterprise content factory. Typical flow: tease on social → short clip of the real UI → optional 4–8 minute deep dive when the topic deserves it.
