How we think about buyer experience
Pattern Automation did not start with a classic “sales floor.” Most interest still arrives through the story on the static site, GitHub activity, referrals, and people trying Neuro OS—then sticking around when the work matches the narrative.
Buyer experience (BX) still means self-serve first: Docs, Tutorials, and the public handbook should answer the boring questions. When someone needs a human, the call should feel like pairing with someone who ships—specific, respectful of time, no script theatre.
BX is a whole-company job: marketing and the site set expectations; engineering and design keep promises; sales or founders close the loop without inflating claims. If the first live conversation knows less than the homepage, we have failed.
