What is our sales philosophy
This is how we translate how we build—Neuro OS, agents, and serious integrations—into how we show up with buyers day to day.
1) Meet people where they are
Operators, engineers, and exec sponsors show up with different depth. We adjust explanations without condescension and without hiding limits.
2) Minimum necessary friction
We do not gate public truth or force “discovery calls” for information that belongs on the site. Synchronous time is for alignment, risk, and next steps—not theater.
3) Documentation is the product
Deal learnings feed docs, handbook updates, and demo fixes. If every thread dies in a private inbox, we lose compound leverage.
4) Continuity
When more than one person is involved, context must hand off cleanly—who said what, what was promised, what is blocked on us vs the buyer.
5) Predictable by design
No overselling. Claims match what is live, what is pilot, and what is roadmap—explicitly.
6) Fast and correct
Responsiveness matters, but accuracy beats performative speed. “Let me verify” is a strength.
7) Taste shows in the small things
Follow-up emails, calendars, and prep notes are part of the product story. We dogfood our own surfaces—Neuro OS, site flows, Contact—and log friction like any other UX bug.
