Drafts. A yes. Then the post.

Marketing on Neuro OS is a team on the org chart: a content agent writes platform variants, a reviewer holds the gate, a publisher skill schedules the channels you already connect. There is always a human in the loop.

The handoff

The campaign that never reaches a community manager.

Write it four times. Attach the right crop. Pick the flair. Wait for brand. Hit publish. Check if it landed. Work that is well-specified, individually small, and collectively why the calendar is empty on a Tuesday. That queue is the handoff.

01

Discover the channels

List the connected accounts and what each one actually supports — threads, carousels, a subreddit flair, a company page. The session reads the catalogue. You do not keep it in a spreadsheet.

02

Draft the variants

One brief in. X, LinkedIn, Reddit out — each with its own media and length. The files sit on the task. You iterate on the artifact, not by re-pasting the prompt.

03

Review, then a yes

Publishing is Ask until you say otherwise. The run pauses with the draft, the destination, and the timestamp. Approve, and the same session finishes.

04

Schedule with a clock

A precise timestamp, a draft for later, a week of posts from one heartbeat. The calendar is a worklist, not a hope that someone remembered Buffer.

05

Attach the media

PNG, JPG, MP4, a PDF one-pager. Upload once, reuse across channels. The asset lives with the campaign, not in someone’s Downloads folder.

06

Read what landed

Platform and post-level numbers back into the same project. A digest, not a dashboard you have to go and fetch. Nothing in the report that you cannot trace to a post.

Four surfaces, one campaign

Pipeline. Calendar. Channels. Skill. Not four disconnected tools.

Typical social AI is a chatbot in one tab, a scheduler in another, and a marketer still stitching the result. On Neuro OS it is one role on the org chart, one project, one review gate.

Pipeline

Content drafts, review edits, publisher schedules. Three roles on the same org chart, one campaign, a named human on the last click.

Calendar

Scheduled, draft, published — in the project, not in a vendor queue you cannot export. A week of posts is a heartbeat, not a Sunday night.

Channels

The accounts you connect, with the settings each platform actually has. One skill talks to many destinations. Credentials stay server-side.

Skill

A prompt that worked on Tuesday is a skill on Wednesday. Recurring campaigns are a heartbeat. Juniors run it. Brand still reviews the file.

The queue

A worklist of posts, each with a channel, a time, and a yes.

A scheduler shows you a calendar. A marketing session hands you the rows: what it drafted, where it wants to land, and whether it is waiting on a person.

The library

Workflows the team already ran once — then never typed again.

Launch threads, changelog posts, mention digests. A first-year runs them. Brand still reviews the file.

Launch thread

One brief, platform variants, media attached, timestamps set. The publisher waits on Ask.

Weekly changelog

What shipped, in the voice you already use. Heartbeat on Monday. Draft in the project before anyone is at a desk.

Brand mentions

News, social, forums. Sentiment classified. A suggested reply drafted — a human sends it.

Competitor watch

Sites, changelogs, pricing pages. A short diff in Slack. Nothing public from this run.

Ad pacing

Budget, CPA, ROAS drift. Ranked findings. It never pauses a campaign or edits an ad itself.

Threads & comments

A main post plus follow-ups, each with its own media. Native threads where the platform has them.

Analytics digest

Platform and post-level numbers for the window you asked. In the project, next to the posts they belong to.

AI search analytics

What models answer about you — visibility, sources, the next move. Marketing owns the practice. We ship the work.

From the skill

The brand kit, the forbidden claims, the channels that are allowed. Encoded once. The next campaign does not reinvent it.

Why it stays yours

A scheduled post is still a public statement.

Your perimeter

Copy, media, and keys stay on machines you control. Cloud, VPC, or your own metal. The vendor queue is not the system of record.

Your workflows

Practice-specific skills, the brand kit, the channels you actually use. A prompt that worked is a file the next person can run.

Your trail

What was drafted, who approved, which channel, which timestamp. There is no path to the feed that skips the record.

Your keys

You choose the model. Connector credentials stay server-side. The agent sees the post, not the secret that published it.

How it compares

A scheduler is not a marketing function.

How it runs

On demand, at the gate, and on the heartbeat before 9am.

01 · On demand

“Schedule tomorrow’s launch across X and LinkedIn”

Ask in the campaign thread. The session drafts the variants, attaches the hero, and parks the posts behind Ask.

02 · Human-assisted

It stops before anything is public

Set publish to Ask. You see the copy, the channel, and the time. Approve and the same session finishes.

03 · Automated

The week, overnight

A heartbeat drafts the changelog posts before anyone is at a desk, and waits for brand on the last click.

Control

A leaked draft is still a quote.

Marketing is where an autonomous mistake is a post the other side can screenshot. Be precise about the defaults.

Publish is Ask until you say otherwise

For a marketing project the first thing to do is set send and publish to Ask. We are telling you this rather than letting you assume the safer default was chosen for you.

The bot token never enters the sandbox

Connector credentials are brokered server-side. The agent sees the post. It does not see the key that published it.

Nothing posts itself

The draft is a file on the task. It reaches the channel only through a change a person reviews.

The same platform

The other teams

One project, one set of connectors, one memory that compounds. Marketing is a role on the same org chart.

“A scheduler is not a marketing function. Variants on a task, a human on the last click, and nothing public without a yes.”

Start with a campaign. Keep the yes inside.

Any model, your keys. Neuro OS on your cloud, your VPC, or your own network. Copy and media never have to leave.
