Why we exist
Most teams are capped by manual loops: the same requests, handoffs, and checks that never quite get automated. Pattern Automation exists so that serious operations can run with AI agents under human governance—measurable, inspectable, and safe enough for real business.
Our mission
Less routine, more freedom with AI. We free people and organisations from work that machines can do reliably once context, policy, and tooling are wired correctly. Humans stay responsible: they steer, approve, and own outcomes; agents execute inside the boundaries you set.
That is not hype about “replacing jobs.” It is about removing friction in support, ops, finance hooks, and delivery so teams can spend attention on judgment, relationships, and strategy.
What we build
Neuro OS is the operating layer for running agentic work in the enterprise: companies, roles, memory, integrations, and governance so automation is not a pile of one-off scripts.
Neuro Agent is the product surface where that work shows up for users: sessions, tasks, connectors, and UX that teams can actually adopt day to day.
Together they answer: who is allowed to do what, with what data, under what policy—and how do we prove it in production?
Our strategy
- Production first. We optimize for deployments that survive compliance, outages, and real load—not demo tracks that die after the pilot.
- Governance by design. Roles, approvals, and audit trails are part of the product story, not a spreadsheet afterthought.
- Patterns, not miracles. We ship repeatable playbooks (consult → map → prototype → integrate) so each customer inherits structure, not a blank canvas.
- Honest coupling to your stack. Integrations and data boundaries are explicit; we do not pretend context or risk away.
Enterprise delivery methodology, contract framing, and trust details live on our Neuro OS and How it works pages; the public AI Guide for Companies is the companion narrative for executives and operators.
Culture follows the mission
We care about clarity, dignity in how we collaborate, and taste in software—systems that stay understandable when stakes are high. Day-to-day values and behaviours are spelled out in What we believe and the rest of this Company handbook.
